Our magnetic separation systems
With a maximum power of 10,000 Gauss, our drum magnets can achieve the highest performance available on the market today.
Magnetic power depends on the customer’s goal: we always recommend you to pay attention not to purchase under- or over-dimensioned iron removers compared to your needs.
The performance we offer is real and demonstrable (calculated by the bare gaussmeter probe in contact with the surface of the drum magnets).
Our “Balance 2” models are also equipped with a balancing system that we called “BL”, now it’s available in its second version (BL2). This particular system (protected by copyright) allows you to assemble and test the product in half the time.
Work can be carried out by a single worker, without any risk to his person and to the product.
Another fundamental aspect of “Balance 2” concerns the solidity of the components (especially the covering).
In fact, drum magnets currently on the market are often subject to deterioration in certain specific areas (i.e. fixing points of the cover) we reinforced using a unique fixing system.
MAGNETIC RODS AND MAGNETIC GRIDS
We reinvented the concept of magnetic bar itself.
Our “Ro” models (da 6.500 a 12.000 Gauss) and “Fly” models (up to 14.000 Gauss: between the most powerful magnetic candles available on the market) are constructed using high grade Neodymium and they have a single section mechanical structure without hidden moving parts.

Punchings and weldings can lead to some operating problems: unsolderings, rod breakups, unbalanced operation, change in operating efficiency and plant downtime.
Closing caps can lead to serious hygienic problems due to raw material sedimentation in the conjunctions and, in some cases, could lead to breakage or explosion of the rod itself.
Magnetense offers only single section rods, without punchings, weldings or heads closing caps, ensuring maximum durability and efficiency.
Thanks to a specific surface treatment, our pipe magnets mechanical structure guarantees a significantly higher than the standard wear resistance.
Using high grade neodymium allows us to achieve a 20% higher than the older generation pipe magnetic power.
The magnetic performances we offer (up to 12,000 Gauss using a specific neodymium type) are real and demonstrable (calculated with the bare probe of the gaussmeter in contact with the surface of the magnetic pipe’s core).
Mechanical structures have been designed to provide exceptional wear resistance with a 1,5 times greater casing thickness. (on average).
To ensure additional wear resistance, we use a special surface treatment called “Flow” which guarantees exceptional material flow.
It avoids sedimentation, separation process slowing down and scratches or damages to the structure.
Our plates surface treatment achieve a significant step forward in terms of wear resistance and from an aesthetic point of view.
The most important feature of our plates is certainly the separation efficiency which is on average 15%-20% higher than our old systems).
Our “PLV1” are also equipped with a magnetic shielding to prevent workplace accidents..
This model was specifically designed for applications installed on: industrial chutes; “section change ”hoppers ; pipes;
PL.V1 version can achieve different magnetic intensities from 1,200 to 2,500 gauss on contact as a result of the used application process.
