Our “PI.va” pipes magnetic performances can achieve 12.000 Gauss at a 0 mm gap (magnetic power depending on customer’s needs)

In this industry it is common practice adopted by some manufacturers to guarantee magnetic performances only on the base of approximated calculations or under non-operating conditions. In this regard Magnetense is different and the performance stipulated above are measurable and documented.

The magnetic perfomances we offer (up to 12.000 Gauss using a specific kind of neodymium) are effective and demonstrable (being measured by the gaussmeter’s probe in contact with the surface of pipe magnet’s magnetic core)

Using a optimized thicker covering, mechanical structures guarantee an exceptional wear resistance.

In order to ensure further wear resistance, we treated our pipe magnets with a special surface treatment called “Flow”: it guarantees magnetic efficiency avoiding sedimentation, separation process slowdowns, scratches and structure damages.
