Choosing the right magnetic power depends from the customer’s requirements: we always recommend to procure magnetic separators calibrated to their needs, neither undersized nor oversized.
The performances we offer are effective and demonstrable (They are measured using a gaussmeter probe in contact with the surface of the magnetic drum).
Our “Balance 2” models are equipped with a Magnetense designed balancing system called “BL”, now at his second version (BL2). This system allows you to assemble and test the product in half the time. Work can be carried out by a single worker, without any risk of injury and damage to the product.
Another fundamental aspect of “Balance 2” is the solidity of its components (especially the covering). Drum magnets currently available on the market are often subject to deterioration at the cover’s fixing points; to prevent such failure we designed a uniquely reinforced fixing system.
